Role Overview

As a Bridal Customer Specialist at Tom Sebastien, you will play a central role in communication with both B2B and B2C clients, ensuring each bride’s vision, preferences, and needs are truly understood. You will manage client orders, prepare shipments, and work directly with our bridal styles, fabrics, and accessories.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized consultations to brides, guiding them through their vision, preferences, and styling. Lead fittings and manage the ordering process from start to finish.
  • Prepare client orders, ensure accuracy, verify completion, and pack shipments destined for Tom Sebastien partner boutiques worldwide.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of the brand’s products, current trends, and designer collections, offering personalized recommendations.
  • Conduct active sales and manage international projects.
  • Support preparations for Fashion Weeks and participation in global Bridal Week events.
  • Create unforgettable, emotional experiences for brides and their guests, ensuring a luxurious and memorable shopping moment.
  • Schedule appointments, manage fittings, and ensure every bride receives personalized care and clear communication about her gown timeline.
  • Assist brides during fittings, provide feedback, and support the gown adjustment process to ensure the perfect silhouette.
  • Collaborate with designers and the atelier team on gown tailoring and final adjustments for clients.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients, encouraging referrals and maintaining ongoing communication about order status.
  • Prepare order status updates for accounting and the sales department.
  • Manage sales processes with partner boutiques, assist with bridal salon events, merchandising shipments, and brand presentation.
  • Work closely with the design team, designers, and management to create exceptional customer experiences and contribute to the brand’s growth in the bridal industry.

Qualifications

  • Previous retail sales experience, preferably in premium bridal or luxury fashion.
  • Weekend availability.
  • Strong understanding of bridal fashion, trends, and designer aesthetics.
  • Excellent communication skills with clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • A passion for helping brides and guiding them through the emotional journey of finding their perfect gown.
